Deleting your data
Last updated November 5, 2026
LeadVault.com is run by SiteTools, Inc. This page explains how to stop LeadVault getting information from Facebook, and how to have information in LeadVault deleted. Our privacy policy has the details.
If you connected a Facebook Page
- In LeadVault, open Facebook lead ads from the menu under your name, and press Disconnect next to the Page. LeadVault stops taking the Page's leads at once, tells Facebook to stop sending them, and deletes the Page's stored access.
- You can also remove LeadVault in Facebook's settings: open Business integrations, find LeadVault and press Remove. LeadVault can then no longer read anything from your Pages. Facebook tells LeadVault, which removes your Facebook sign-in, and gives you a confirmation code to check here.
Leads that already came in stay in your company's LeadVault account, like its other leads. Your company's admins and managers can delete them, and its data retention settings decide how long they're kept.
If you filled in a lead ad form
Your answers went to the company whose ad it was. It keeps them in its LeadVault account and decides what happens to them, so please ask that company to delete them. If you can't, use our contact form: we'll check it's really you, usually by email, pass your request to the company and help it answer, within 45 days.
Your own LeadVault account
To have your LeadVault account and what it keeps about you deleted, ask your company's LeadVault admin, or use our contact form. We'll check it's really you and answer within 45 days.
